We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some postcodes, including remote areas and islands, may have additional charges or delivery restrictions.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to certain postcodes within the United Kingdom.

Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address.

We want to make shopping with SofasChoice as straightforward as possible.

Products marked "In Stock" are normally delivered within 5-15 working days.

Please check the individual product page for the estimated delivery timeframe, as delivery times may vary by item.

Products marked "Pre-Order" or "Available from" are awaiting arrival at our warehouse.

The date shown is an estimated restock date, not a confirmed delivery appointment. Delivery to your address will be arranged once the stock has arrived and your order is ready.

Please contact us for the latest availability information.

Stock levels can change quickly. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you promptly with an updated estimate and the available options.

Depending on the circumstances, available options may include waiting for new stock or cancelling the order for a refund.

Our delivery team will contact you by phone to arrange your delivery.

Please provide an accurate telephone number and email address when placing your order so we can contact you without delay.

We deliver to ground-floor residences, first-floor properties where access is straightforward, and higher floors where an adequate, working lift is available.

If delivery to a higher floor is required but there is no lift, or the lift is not large enough to accommodate the items, delivery will be made to the ground floor only. You will need to arrange suitable assistance to move the items upstairs.

Please inform us in advance about upper-floor deliveries, narrow doorways, staircases, restricted access, parking limitations or any other delivery requirements.

Providing these details before delivery helps us assess access arrangements and minimise potential issues on the day.

Someone must be available to receive the order during the agreed delivery window.

If you need to change your delivery appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
